"Who'd think this was central Half Way Tree? Every time rain falls, a lake forms at the intersection of Hope Road and Halfway Tree Road [near the taxi stand]. Last week's flood rains brought no exception as workmen from the KSAC try to clear debris from drains to let off backed-up water."
